5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Herbal Harmony is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with an unboxing video and images of the damaged or incorrect product. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours to confirm whether a return or refund is applicable. If approved, we will process the return or refund within 72 hours, and the amount will be credited to your UPI ID or bank account.
